The AUS would like to inform our members about the vacancy of the VP Internal position, as the current VP Internal Roma Nadeem is not currently at McGill University for the Winter 2015 due to reasons of poor personal health. Operational matters regarding the portfolio were addressed during the Legislative Council meeting on January 14th during the agenda item “Discussion regarding VP Internal”As following the AUS Constitution, Article 12.15,
- 12.15. In the event of a leave of absence by any member of the Executive Committee or Arts Representative to SSMU, Council shall have the authority, if deemed necessary, to appoint a temporary replacement from amongst its members.
The position will be left vacant and and the AUS President will be the acting interim VP Internal. The AUS will be hiring an Internal Administrator to fill our tasks and room bookings. Internal Administrator – PAID Stipended Position
Are you looking for an engaging part-time job on campus this semester? Work with other students in a position of responsibility by joining the Arts Undergraduate Society as our Internal Administrator. Assist the AUS with our room bookings, liquor permit applications, and other administrative tasks in the office. You will work in the AUS office on a part-time basis for the Winter semester. Applicants should be bilingual. Previous administrative experience is a strong asset. Should be comfortable with data entry, Excel, Outlook. Administrateur interne – Poste rémunéré (traitement)
Cherchez-vous un emploi à temps partiel qui vous permettra de vous impliquer sur le campus? Vous pourriez faire partie de l’Association étudiante de la faculté des arts, mieux connue sous le nom de l’AÉFA (AUS), et travailler avec d’autres étudiants dans un poste offrant plusieurs responsabilités en tant qu’Administrateur interne.
L’Administrateur interne devra aider au processus de réservations des locaux, ainsi qu’au processus pour obtenir des permis de réunion (pour les évènements servant ou vendant de l’alcool) et d’autres tâches administratives.
La personne occupant ce poste travaillera dans le bureau de l’AÉFA avec le reste des membres exécutifs à temps partiel durant la session d’hiver.
Les candidats doivent être bilingues. Expérience administrative un atout. Doit être à l’aise avec l’usage des logiciels Excel et Outlook.
